The Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado offers a wide range of leadership training, which includes our flagship program, ULF Connect Leadership.

Who ever thought 10 months could change my life so drastically? Being a part of the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado has been nothing short of profound, eye-opening, and fulfilling. Through this journey I've found the true meaning of being authentic, unapologetic, a community servant, a contributing factor in politics, and a leader. The curriculum provided by Dr. Ross and ULFC Board Members is challenging yet fulfilling, holistic and tactical. Some of my most profound lessons were around networking, building social capital, self-advocacy, and self-promotion.
In fact, as a result of Dr. Ross’ direct advice, I secured a promotion increasing my yearly salary by $20,000! It didn’t stop there: since graduating the program, I have received an additional promotion! If that wasn’t exciting enough, I have branched out into the real estate investing world which earns me more than the income from my profession.
Perhaps more meaningful than the advancement in my career and financial freedom, is the lifelong friendships I’ve developed within my cohort. My fellow cohorts have challenged me, encouraged me, supported me – and they’ve given me the opportunity to do the same. Now I have an extended family of powerhouse men and women who I can call on for friendship, counsel, and support!
The ULFC program has given me the most growth I’ve experienced in my adult life and I highly recommend the ULFC program to any professional who would like to take their leadership journey to the next level.
