BIO

Ayeisha Rucker hails from Bakersfield, California.  She is a Project Engineer in Ball Corporation’s North and Central America Beverage & Packaging Capital Projects group. She is responsible for design and implementation of support equipment and utilities of new capital builds. She also volunteers in the Diversity and Inclusion team, leading the African Diaspora Ball Network, where she works in a team to provide resources and networking opportunities for employees under the diaspora. She currently sits on the board of directors of Reimagine L.A. Foundation, a non-profit organization that partners with the nonprofit sector and communities of color to create social impact through strategic funding of effective programs, social innovation, and philanthropy in the city of Los Angeles, California.  Her passion for engineering education in youth is exemplified through her work as a member and leader in the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) for 9+ years. Her work in NSBE includes developing programs to better serve pre-collegiate, collegiate, professional, and community members.
