As a corporate attorney at CoBank, I provide legal advice to Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts in the Regional Agribusiness Division of CoBank related to the structuring of complex secured and unsecured financings for large corporate customers. I am also responsible for answering legal and other questions of Collateral Specialists, Loan Documentation Specialists, and Closing Specialists in the course of structuring, documenting, and closing agribusiness transactions.
