Brittany Jones is a dedicated and passionate professional who thrives on helping others reach their full potential. She currently serves as a full-time Recruitment Manager and Employment Specialist at Work Options, where she connects individuals with meaningful employment opportunities and resources that foster long-term success. In addition, she works part-time as a Nutrition Assistant with UCHealth, combining her people-centered approach with her belief in holistic wellness.

In both roles, Brittany uses her natural ability to connect, motivate, and inspire others. She’s known for her positive energy, strong communication skills, and genuine care for the individuals she serves. Whether she’s building community partnerships, supporting job seekers, or fostering team collaboration, Brittany finds fulfillment in bringing together the right people, tools, and opportunities to create lasting impact.

Outside of work, Brittany brings that same passion and enthusiasm to her personal life. She’s a huge WWE fan, proudly representing her favorite wrestler, Bianca Belair, even on her license plate. Monday and Friday nights—and especially WrestleMania weekend—are sacred WWE time in her household!

Brittany is also an active member of Solid Rock Baptist Church, a Ghanaian congregation in Aurora, where she lends her voice in both English and Twi. Her commitment to faith, community, and connection continues to shape how she shows up—in her work, her relationships, and her purpose.
