I am Chukwubuike (pronounced “choo-kwoo-boo-E-K” but I also go by “Buki”), and I am currently a Quality Control Manager in the aerospace and defense manufacturing sector. My background as a U.S. Marine instilled in me a wealth of discipline and leadership that I bring to my current role. Beyond my corporate career, I am also an entrepreneur. I established my company, BLG LLC, with the strategic goal of acquiring, modernizing, and growing a manufacturing business.

My journey has been global. I was born in England, I spent my formative years raised in Nigeria before eventually settling in Maryland with my mother (Uche) and sister (Audrey). I am a proud husband to Chelsea and a devoted father to five amazing young men and women.

My life is driven by the core values of integrity, justice, growth, and support. I am deeply committed to transparency, equity, and continuous learning, always seeking to empower those around me. My personal credo, “Growth beyond comfort,” defines my journey of constant evolution.
