BIO
Ms. Cox focuses her practice on the construction industry including general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. She represents clients both large and small through all phases of litigation from pre-dispute contract preparation and review, risk management, claims review and development, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation. Ms. Cox works with design-builders, general contractors, and subcontractors in Colorado and nationally.
EDUCATION
Prior to joining Martin Hild, P.A., Codi spent a year in France studying at the University of Dauphine Paris and earned an LLM in International Business law. She obtained her law degree from Saint Louis University and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Regis University. Ms. Cox is also an alumni of the University of Denver. Where she completed a bachelor degree in International Business and minored in Spanish.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Before law school Ms. Cox spent four years working in finance. Specifically, she worked in the banking industry and performed credit analysis and partnered with lenders to provide financing for new build projects.
