Dawanta Parks is a demonstrated Veteran leader serving as Director of Bayaud Works for Bayaud Enterprises. Over the last eight years, Dawanta has specialized in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions for talent acquisition and development for the veteran population in Denver.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Dawanta is known for applying business and sound management principles to the Department of Labor and Employment.
