As a dedicated claims professional, I bring extensive experience in handling auto claims—focusing on bodily injury and property damage—most recently as a Tier 3 Claim Owner II at Uber, where I led initiatives to improve customer response times and streamline resolutions. Currently at Farmers, I am actively engaged in the Women’s Inclusion Network and Black Professional Community, continuing to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, building on my background in analytics. Additionally, I am the owner of Tribal Roots Haircare, a company I am revamping to offer natural, organic products and promote haircare education and community awareness. Most recently, I have been selected to join the CBAF to support operations and community engagement.
