Porsha joined Kaiser Permanente in March 2015 as part of the administrative team under the National Claims Administration.

In her capacity as executive assistant & manager, she is responsible for supporting executive leadership within the department. She is an accomplished executive support professional with over 10 years of experience. Porsha has comprehensive expertise in executive support, strategic planning, performance improvement and compliance. Most recently, Porsha was promoted to a managerial role, leading a team of 11 administrative supports in addition remains the executive assistant to the VP of claims.

Prior to this role, Porsha spent over 10 years with Wells Fargo Bank holding positions as a teller, banker, senior banker & assistant manager. Responsibilities in these roles included new accounts, account maintenance, staff supervision, SWAT compliance, training and quality and the branch business leader.

Porsha is currently enrolled at Colorado State University for her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.
