2026 Walking Your Achievement Gala

Join us for one of the most powerful and unforgettable evenings of the year: The 2026 ULFC Walking Your Achievement Gala.

🌟 Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026
🌟 Doors Open: 6:00 PM

The Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado proudly invites you to our 2026 Walking Your Achievement Gala, an evening dedicated to honoring leadership, legacy, culture, and the continued impact of Black excellence across generations.

This year’s theme:

“Do You Remember The Times?”
Celebrating Black Excellence Through the Ages

This theme is more than nostalgia. It is reflection, recognition, and a reminder that our contributions have shaped communities, industries, movements, and history itself. From ancient innovation and cultural brilliance to modern leadership and transformation, Black excellence has always moved the world forward.

At ULFC, we believe legacy matters because people matter.

Since 2007, the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado has worked to develop leaders who create change in boardrooms, classrooms, government, business, nonprofits, and communities across Colorado and beyond. Together, we have graduated over 500 leaders, awarded more than $450,000 in scholarships, launched community service initiatives throughout the state, and helped prepare leaders who continue to serve with purpose and impact.

The 2026 Walking Your Achievement Gala will be an immersive celebration of culture, leadership, history, and possibility. Guests will experience an evening filled with inspiration, powerful storytelling, recognition, entertainment, connection, and moments that remind us why this work matters.

This is not just a gala.
It is a celebration of resilience.
A reflection of excellence.
A gathering of visionaries, changemakers, and community builders who understand that leadership is not simply about occupying space — it is about transforming it.

We invite you to stand with us as a sponsor, partner, and champion for the next generation of leadership. Your investment helps expand access, opportunity, mentorship, scholarships, and transformational experiences for emerging leaders throughout our community.

Whether you arrive in black tie, royal elegance, African inspired fashion, purple and gold, or your own expression of excellence, come ready to celebrate the beauty, power, and impact of our story.

Join us as we honor the past, celebrate the present, and build what comes next.

Please see the attached event flyer and sponsorship package. We look forward to celebrating with you.
