ULFC thrives through preparing leaders to excel to greater heights. We accomplish this by preparing leaders to serve in the community’s interest, contribute to and diversify boards and commissions, and ensuring ULFC leaders engage politically and civically, while excelling professionally. We will celebrate this ten year milestone by sharing the ULFC story, honoring African American leaders and organizations who exemplify excellence in leadership, service in the community’s interest, and work to provide a legacy for other leaders to follow. These leaders like our Fellows are the best and brightest and our community is blessed to have them.
