Run 4 Your Mind Run 5K

The Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado has launched the Run 4 Your Mind – 4 mile run and mental health fair to take place on Sunday, July 28rd at Town Center at Aurora. This is the only 5K focused and committed to improving the mental health and awareness for the African American community in Colorado. In addition to completing the 5K, participants will connect and learn from some of the leading mental health practitioners, therapist and holistic works that work specifically with the BIPOC community.
