ULFC Industry Nights: Where Connection Meets Opportunity

At the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado, we believe leadership doesn’t just happen in boardrooms; it happens in community, in conversation, and in the spaces where relationships are built and nurtured. That belief is the foundation of an exciting new initiative we are proud to introduce: ULFC Industry Nights.

Designed specifically with our alumni and extended community in mind, Industry Nights is a curated happy hour experience that brings together leaders from a variety of industries to connect, celebrate, and grow together.

This isn’t just another networking event.

This is an intentional space.

A space where we highlight and introduce leaders across sectors.
A space where introductions turn into opportunities.
A space where collaboration is not forced but naturally sparked.

Each Industry Night will spotlight a different sector, creating opportunities for attendees to gain insight, build meaningful relationships, and expand their networks in an authentic and engaging environment. Whether you are looking to reconnect with familiar faces or meet new leaders doing impactful work, this experience is designed with you in mind.

We are especially excited to launch this initiative in partnership with ULFC alum Rosano Fisher, co-owner of Chocolate City, who has helped create the perfect atmosphere for this vision to come to life. His commitment to community and entrepreneurship reflects the very essence of what ULFC stands for: Leadership rooted in purpose and connection.

As we continue to build pathways for engagement beyond the fellowship experience, Industry Nights represents another step forward in strengthening our ecosystem of leaders. This is about more than gathering; it’s about building a network that supports, uplifts, and advances one another.

So come as you are.
Bring your story.
Bring your vision.

And most importantly, come ready to connect.

We look forward to seeing you there.
